Home under the sea

"Far out in the ocean, where the water is as blue as the prettiest cornflower, and as clear as crystal, it is very, very deep; so deep, indeed, that no cable could fathom it: many church steeples, piled one upon another, would not reach from the ground beneath to the surface of the water above.
There dwell the Sea King and his subjects. We must not imagine that there is nothing at the bottom of the sea but bare yellow sand. No, indeed; the most singular flowers and plants grow there..."
from The Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Andersen

Siren School is tickled coral pink to present a number of activities designed for mermaids ages 8-17.  We strive to lovingly nurture and mentor girls as they become young 'ladies' in the fullest & best sense of the word, as they cultivate beauty, success, confidence and generosity.  In order to achieve this, we offer a a variety of programs and activities that include creative arts, dance, aquatic skills, social graces and philanthropy:

  • First off, for girls itching to flip their fins, we host 2-day Merminion Camp (ages 8-12) and 2 sessions of 2-day Mermaiden Camp (ages 13-17)
  • For the specialest of occasions, we produce Make-Believe Magic theme parties as well as Fairy Tale Teas, family MusicaliTeas and Sing-Along Cinema events. They're basically a birthday girl's dream come true.
  • Our Poise & Porpoise program is a sort of finishing school experience where young ladies learn social etiquette and table manners, how to walk, sit properly, etc, but that is just the beginning. They will also learn teamwork, the value of gratitude, and stewardship of our planet, especially the oceans. Classes run from 1.5 hours to a full 5 day Culture Camp experience
  • If you'd like your Li'l Mermaid to get involved in the Siren School community, enroll her in the Plunder program, where she can earn a variety of rewards by participating in events and activities, including Shared Treasure Hunt, our homeless children's aid project
